Eric Loiacano, CEO/ President

Eric has founded and run multiple successful companies since 1995. He spent over 20 years as a real estate developer of commercial, industrial and retail spaces. In the past 10 years he has purchased and developed over 400,000 sq. ft of Self-Storage properties. As a licensed Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire Real Estate Broker and Construction Supervisor, he’s overseen many residential and commercial projects and ground-up developments. Drawing on his background in development, Eric’s range of expertise includes permitting, financing of new construction projects along with sales and leasing of industrial, office, multi-residential and mixed-use space. As a strong leader and calculated risk-taker with profound industry knowledge, Eric provides guidance throughout the entire process of acquisition and disposition, and offers valuable assistance on complex issues such as environmental clean ups. Eric enjoys attending his son’s sporting events and spending time with his family.

Catherine Hull, General Manager

Catherine joined LCI in 2009. Prior to that she was the Director of Production at Digitas in Boston, handling accounts, finance, marketing and design for Fortune 100 and 500 companies including General Motors, AT&T, Royal Caribbean, Delta Airlines and Federal Express. She brings 20 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, has a sharp eye for detail, and on point budgetary compliance. As a GM and consistent producer, Catherine is recognized for her ability to analyze operation and projects, and lead strategic marketing ventures that fuel our industry.

Fred Newton, Real Estate Sales Manager

Fred joined Sovereign Realty Advisors in 2013. Licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Fred specializes in Commercial Sales and Leasing within the Office, Retail, Industrial and Multi-Family markets. Prior to SRA, he spent seven years as Director of Sales and Marketing for a privately-owned real estate development firm on the South Shore. Fred managed the firm’s multi-residential portfolio as well as the sales and leasing of their commercial property developments. With over 20 years of industry experience, Fred has an in-depth knowledge of market trends and provides each client with a high level of confidence, ensuring his commitment to meeting their financial goals. As a member of SRA, Fred's caliber of service and diligence along with his ability to nurture relationships has led to long-term solutions and successes for his clients.

Steve Quillinan, Investment Sales Executive

Steve’s role at LCI is to target Investment opportunities in the Self-Storage asset class as well as to raise capital to execute the deals. His goal is to find markets that are not meeting their storage potential and raise money from Investors to execute the appropriate Self-Storage development. Outside of work you can find Steve on the golf course.

Carl Allenbrook, Accounting Manager

Carl joined LCI management in May of 2018. Prior to LCI he was working as the Finance Manager for the Grace Center, a local non-profit charity. For 15 years he worked in many different areas of accounting and takes pride in his efficiency, attention to detail, timeliness and integrity. Carl attended Plymouth State College where he received a BS in Business Management with a minor in technical mathematics. He enjoys spending his free time with family and taking weekend trips to the White Mountains.

Ed Wall, Self-Storage Manager

Ed has worked for LCI for almost 2 years. He manages the day to day operations of our Self-Storage facility in Gloucester. He has deep ties in the community as he owned and operated Ed’s Mini Mart for almost 20 years. His ability to provide clients with excellent customer service is what makes him such a great asset to the LCI team. In his spare time, he is the treasurer of the Gloucester Lodge of Elks. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family.

Fernando Muniz, Building Maintenance Technician

Fernando has worked in Building Maintenance and Construction for over 14 years. His knowledge of Building Systems makes him a key component of our Maintenance team. When not working he enjoys playing with his son and going out to lunch.
